Raymond Gary State Park




Raymond Gary State park is named after  Raymond D. Gary, Oklahoma's first Governor to be born in Oklahoma since statehood.  It  is a 64 acre park that offers fishing, boating, recreational activities. The park  is  located  in the southeast Oklahoma, close to the Texas border.

The picnic site has 77 tables, 3 individual shelters and 2 group shelters while each  of  the 6 lakeside cabins has 2 twin beds (bring your own bedding), fireplace, 3 with bathroom, 3 without. There is one swimming area and one playground with 8 pieces of equipment. It has 3 comfort stations (2 with hot showers) and 1 sanitary dump station. There are 2 unlighted boat ramps, 1 handicap accessible fishing dock and 1 open fishing dock. Jon boats, paddle boats, and canoes are available for rent. The RV area  have 10 full hookup sites and 9 with semi-modern hookups.

  9. I haven't tried staying at a log cabin but this one got me interested. I think there are some in Baguio I guess.

  11. Really beautiful and serene. How I really wish that we got places like this here in the Philippines. It's a great place just to get a weekend off and take some time out to relax and unwind.
