Sign in to google using your google account.
The "+1" mark will turn red when g+ed and the plusones is seen on the other side.
3. Your "Posts" and "time" of posting will be seen. Move the mouse on the time and click.
4. Copy paste the URL LINK of your Google+ post.
Remember to set your google account to public.

You can also right click on the time and choose Copy Link Location.
